Unable to sleep for worrying about whether I need surgery to give me high sexual activity, or I can do without surgery unless I want lower sexual activity, or if I do need surgery without which I may or may not get any sexual activity ever again, I have called upon professional assistance.

Professor John Hawkins, from the Research Centre for English and Applied Linguistics has this to say on the matter...

"The sentence is indeed logically and structurally rather complex. But if you want high sexual activity it literally means that you don't need surgery."

I don't need surgery - hurrah. Now I shall simply wait for my high sexual activity to arrive.
