Just 2 days after receiving a 'The bailiffs are coming if you don't pay this parking fine' letter, I have received a new one from Westminster Bastard Council."The city council has decided not to contest your appeal in the light of the evidence you supplied."
Really? I didn't actually supply any evidence. I certainly gave them less than I gave Westminster for my first appeal, which they rejected.
I couldn't be anything to do with a letter saying "A warrant will be issued and bailiff action will commence," works to frighten the vulnerable into paying up regardless of the progress of their appeal.
Grrr.
