God I hate lazy journalism

It's a news staple - life imitates movies.

But in this case, the headline is thus... "Ghanaian reprises Hanks' role in real-life "Terminal"

Very good. Except that the film Terminal was based on the real life story of Mehran Karimi Nasser who lived in Charles de Gaulle airport. A fact which was widely publicised on the release of the movie.

So the headline now reads 'real life imitates real life' which, let's face it, isn't nearly so snappy.

Idiots.
